Shipping costs are FREE throughout the national territory except for the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and the Simple Flat Espadrilles: Men and Women

Shipping costs for Simple Flat Espadrilles with orders of less than € 29.90 throughout the national territory except for the Balearic and Canary Islands: € 4

Shipping costs in the Balearic Islands and Portugal:

• 1 pair: € 7
• 2 pairs: € 9
• 3 pairs: € 12
• 4 pairs in advance: € 15

For shipments to the Canary Islands, the shipping price is € 20 / pair.

The transport will be carried out through a company specialized in parcel delivery. The delivery time will be between 24 and 72 business hours, if the shipment is international it will depend on the country, from the confirmation of the order, depending on the destination. The order confirmation will be instantaneous when the payment is made by credit card, Paypal or cash on delivery is selected. For payments by bank transfer, once we have received the income. For orders placed after 7:00 p.m., the order will be considered to have been placed on the next business day. However, due to market circumstances and product availability, unwanted delays may occur. In these cases, the delay in delivery, unless it is manifestly disproportionate or lacking justification, will not lead to the resolution of the sale and will not lead to the accrual of compensation or price variation.

• For shipments to: Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark and Hugria:

• For shipments to: Sweden, Ireland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Finland:
  • 1 pair: € 35
  • 2 -3 pairs: € 40
  • 4 pairs in advance: € 50
• For shipments to: Croatia, Serbia, Norway and Bulgaria:
  • 1 pair: € 50
  • 2 -3 pairs: € 60
  • 4 pairs in advance: € 70
• For shipments outside the European Union: USA, Saudi Arabia and Japan the cost will be € 200 / pair.
• No shipments are made to Greece.

Return conditions

Pairs must be unused.

The first return of an order is free in the peninsular national territory, except for the return of simple flat espadrilles (Wedding Details and Men and Women).

If there are more returns of an order, we will deduct €6 from the credit invoice for transport costs. That is, we accept more than one return of an order, but we only pay for the return of the first package.

The return period is 30 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. The items must be unused, in their original packaging and with advertising material, if applicable.

All returns outside the peninsular national territory will be the responsibility of the customer through the transportation they deem appropriate, with the customer being responsible until the package is delivered to our facilities.

Shipping costs are not payable in any case.

The refund of the amount of the order will be made during the 14 calendar days after the day of the return request. If not, they can contact us by email to check the status of the refund.
