Shipping conditions

Shipping costs are FREE throughout the national territory except for the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and the Simple Flat Espadrilles: Men and Women .

Shipping costs for Simple Flat Espadrilles with orders under €29.90 throughout the national territory except for the Balearic and Canary Islands: €4 .

Shipping costs to the Balearic Islands and Portugal:

1 pair: €7

2 pairs: €9

3 pairs: €12

4 pairs or more: €15

For shipments to the Canary Islands, the shipping price is €20/pair.

Shipping will be handled by a specialized package delivery company. Delivery time will be between 24 and 72 business hours. International shipping will depend on the country, from order confirmation, depending on the destination.

Order confirmation is instantaneous when payment is made by credit card or PayPal.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next business day. However, due to market conditions and product availability, unwelcome delays may occur.

In these cases, delays in delivery, unless manifestly disproportionate or unjustified, will not result in the termination of the sale or in the accrual of compensation or a change in price.

For shipments to: France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg and Austria:

For shipments to: Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark and Hungary:

For shipments to: Sweden, Ireland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Finland:

For shipments to: Croatia, Serbia, Norway and Bulgaria:

For shipments outside the European Union: USA, Saudi Arabia and Japan, the cost will be €200/pair.

No shipments to Greece.

Return conditions

Pairs must be unused.

The first return of an order is free in the national peninsular territory except for the return of simple flat espadrilles ( Wedding Details and Men and Women ).

If there are multiple returns for an order, we'll deduct €6 from the credit invoice for shipping costs. This means we accept multiple returns for an order, but we only pay for the return of the first package .

The return period is 30 days from the date of receipt of the shipment . Items must be unused, in their original packaging and with all advertising materials, if applicable.

All returns outside the mainland will be the customer's responsibility via the appropriate shipping method. The customer remains responsible until the package is delivered to our facilities.

Shipping costs are not covered under any circumstances.

The refund will be processed within 14 calendar days of the return request. Otherwise, you can contact us by email to check the status of your refund.

How to exchange a size?

If you want to exchange the size, please return the pair and then place a new order with the size you want to send.

How to make a return?

To make a return, you can easily manage it from " My Account ":

- Go to the Order History and Details section

- Click on Details of the order to return

- Select the product you want to return and click on Request Refund

You can also email us with your name, order reference, and reason for the return, and we'll handle everything; you just need to prepare the package properly for shipping.
